WASHINGTON, Feb. 7 -- Rep. C.A. 'Dutch' Ruppersberger, D-Maryland, issued the following news release on Feb. 6, 2023:

U.S. Senators Ben Cardin and Chris Van Hollen and Congressmen Steny H.
