BOYNTON BEACH, Florida, Feb. 4 -- The Florida State Senate issued the following news release:
Florida has some of the weakest drug-impaired driving laws in the nation. Legislation filed this week (SB 448/HB 549) by Senator Lori Berman (D-Boca Raton) and Representative Joe Casello (D-Boynton Beach) would bring Florida in line with the vast majority of other states, closing large and serious loopholes in Florida's DUI and BUI Laws.
