SUNY Sullivan announces that Dr. Ellen Galligan has been appointed, effective immediately, to the College's Board of Trustees. A Forestburgh resident, Galligan is vice president emeritus at Sullivan County Community College, where she worked from 1989-2010 in a variety of positions, including vice president for academic affairs and student services and dean of workforce dev . . .
