Cotton, Risch Introduce Bill to Prohibit Banning Gas Stoves

WASHINGTON, Feb. 3 -- Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Arkansas, issued the following news release on Feb. 2, 2023:

Senator Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas) today introduced a bill to prevent restricting or banning gas stoves and similar appliances. Senator James Risch (R-Idaho) is an original co-sponsor of the legislation. Rep. Bill Huizenga (MI-04) introduced companion legislation in the House.
