WASHINGTON, Feb. 3 -- Sen. Ted Budd, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release:
Senator Ted Budd (R-NC) has co-sponsored the No Budget, No Pay Act. The bill would prohibit lawmakers from being paid if Congress fails to pass the annual budget resolutions and appropriations bills by the start of the Fiscal Year (October 1st).
