WASHINGTON, Feb. 1 -- Rep. Josh Gottheimer, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release:
The U.S. House of Representatives passed critical bipartisan legislation backed by U.S. Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5) to help end financial scams and exploitation targeting our seniors and those with mental and physical disabilities. The bipartisan Financial Exploitation Prevention Act passed the House by a vote of 419 to 0.
