WASHINGTON, Jan. 31 -- Sen. James Lankford, R-Oklahoma, issued the following news release:
Senators James Lankford and Kyrsten Sinema introduced Combating Cartels on Social Media Act, bipartisan legislation they introduced Senators Mark Kelly (D-AZ) and Bill Hagerty (R-TN).
"Social media companies (like YouTube and Facebook) list in their 'terms of service' that the platform cannot be used for illegal activities, but at the same time they allow human smug . . .
