WASHINGTON, Jan. 31 -- Rep. Steny H. Hoyer, D-Maryland, issued the following news release on Jan. 30, 2023:
Congressman Steny H. Hoyer (MD-05) released the following statement today after Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries announced Rep. Hoyer would chair the newly-created Regional Leadership Council, which will include one Member from each of the twelve regions represented by the House Democratic Caucus.
