RICHMOND, Virginia, Jan. 28 -- The Virginia Democratic Party issued the following news release on Jan. 27, 2023:
Yesterday evening, Congresswoman Abigail Spanberger introduced a bipartisan amendment designed to protect Virginia's shoreline from oil and gas drilling.
