PORTLAND, Oregon, Jan. 27 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Oregon issued the following news release:
On January 24, 2023, a Willamette Valley grass seed marketing and distribution company pleaded guilty and was sentenced in federal court for its role in a scheme to defraud the J.R. Simplot Company and its former subsidiary the Jacklin Seed Company.
