TALLAHASSEE, Florida, Jan. 21 (TNSres) -- The Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued the following news:
Governor Ron DeSantis announced that the Jacksonville area unemployment rate decreased to 2.1 percent in December 2022, down from the December 2021 rate of 2.6 percent. The Jacksonville area had the fastest private sector over-the-year job growth rate in December 2022 among all other metro areas.
