The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation's largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today welcomed charges filed against the founder and leader of a neo-Nazi group alleging that he violated New Hampshire's state civil rights laws when he and others hung a racist banner on a Portsmouth, N.H., overpass last year.
