NASHVILLE, Tennessee, Jan. 14 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service - Tennessee Field Office issued the following news release:
Corn production in Tennessee is estimated at 103 million bushels, down 1% from the November forecast and down 36% from the previous crop. Yield was estimated at 130 bushels per acre, unchanged bushels from the previous forecast and down 40 bushels from the 2021 level. Acres for harvest as grain were estimated . . .
