Congressman Sanford D. Bishop, Jr. (GA-02) was joined by more than 78 of his colleagues to introduce H.Res. 30, a resolution in the U.S. House of Representatives recognizing the 40th anniversary of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday and what would have been the civil rights leader's 94th birthday.
