Award-winning Maine broadcast journalist and news anchor Tory Ryden has been named strategic advisor and director of external affairs for the University of Maine System (UMS), effective Jan. 16.
Ryden has more than 35 years of on-air experience, most recently at WCSH News Center Maine in Portland, where she has been a news anchor, reporter and special news series producer . . .
