PORTLAND, Oregon, Jan. 11 (TNSper) -- The Bonneville Power Administration issued the following news release:
The Bonneville Power Administration has named Rachel Dibble as its vice president of Bulk Marketing. Dibble permanently takes over the role on Jan. 15 after serving in an acting capacity since January 2022.
