TAMPA, Florida, Jan. 11 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida, Roger B. Handberg, issued the following news release:
United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces that Brian Carroll (46, Tennessee) has pleaded guilty to one count of wire fraud. He faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in federal prison. A sentencing date has not yet been set.
