Menendez, Booker Announce $9M in Federal Grants for Hurricane Ida-Related Damages

JERSEY CITY, New Jersey, Jan. 8 -- Sen. Robert Menendez, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release on Jan. 6, 2023:

U.S. Senators Bob Menendez and Cory Booker (both D-N.J.) today announced $9,078,512.06 in federal grants to address Hurricane Ida related damages. Hurricane Ida slammed New Jersey in September of 2021, causing widespread damage and claiming the lives of 30 residents.
