CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Dec. 31 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Susan Collins (R-ME) announced that their legislation to reform and modernize the outdated Electoral Count Act of 1887 was signed into law last night as part of the Fiscal Year 2023 Omnibus Appropriations bill.
