LINCOLN, Nebraska, Dec. 30 -- Gov. Pete Ricketts, R-Nebraska, issued the following news release:
Governor Pete Ricketts thanked Nebraska Department of Transportation (NDOT) Director John Selmer for his outstanding service to the state.
