LINCOLN, Nebraska, Dec. 29 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement issued the following news release:

Acting Special Agent in Charge of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Kansas City Joshua Armstrong and United States Attorney Steven Russell announced that Tammie J.
