WASHINGTON, Dec. 24 -- Rep. Chellie Pingree, D-Maine, issued the following news release on Dec. 23, 2022:
The Alfond Youth and Community Center in Waterville will receive $500,000 to launch a targeted program supporting children and families in need, Maine First District Congresswoman Chellie Pingree announced today.
The Community Project Funding is among a total of $34.5 million secured by Pingree in the Fiscal Year 2023 government funding bill for 15 projects in Maine . . .
