WASHINGTON, Dec. 24 -- Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) announced that the U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) awarded a $58,808 Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Grant to Stacey Sims of Sims Farms in Marion County. Funding will be used to generate renewable energy and make facilities more energy efficient.
