U.S. Senator Rob Portman (R-OH) today announced that funding for Abrams Tanks, Stryker Vehicles, and Maneuver Short-Range Air Defense (M-SHORAD) have all been signed into law as part of the fiscal year (FY) 2023 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
