WASHINGTON, Dec. 24 -- Rep. Marcy Kaptur, D-Ohio, issued the following news release on Dec. 23, 2022:
Representative Marcy Kaptur (D-OH-09) - Chair of the House Energy and Water Appropriations Subcommittee - released the following statement after the House and Senate passed omnibus appropriations legislation that includes $39 million in federal funding she secured for 15 community-led projects. The legislation will now be sent to the President to be signed into law.
