U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV), member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, voted for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 omnibus, which includes $45 billion in aid for Ukraine as well as Senator Manchin's bipartisan legislation to reform and modernize the outdated Electoral Count Act of 1887.
