WASHINGTON, Dec. 23 -- Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release on Dec. 22, 2022:
U.S. Senators Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) and Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.), both members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, announced $4,795,300 in funding from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) for a livestock systems management project through West Virginia University (WVU).
