WASHINGTON, Dec. 23 -- Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Arkansas, issued the following news release on Dec. 22, 2022:
The Senate passed today Senator Tom Cotton's (R-Arkansas) legislation that will extend financial compensation to American victims of terrorism and their families.
