U.S. Senators Ben Cardin (D-Md.) and Rob Portman (R-Ohio), members of the Senate Finance Committee and co-authors of the Retirement Security and Savings Act, lauded inclusion in the FY23 Omnibus Appropriations Act of critical reforms that will help more Americans save for retirement.
