WASHINGTON, Dec. 21 -- Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) and Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.), members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, announced $2,195,601 from U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development Program for 19 projects across West Virginia. The funding will support purchasing telecommunications technology for schools, helping agricultural producers and rural small businesses . . .
