WASHINGTON, Dec. 16 -- Rep. Bill Johnson, R-Ohio, issued the following news release on Dec. 15, 2022:

The Fiscal Year 2023 National Defense Authorization Act (FY23 NDAA) was officially passed by Congress. Rep.
