WASHINGTON, Dec. 14 -- Rep. David Kustoff, R-Tennessee, issued the following news release:
Congressman David Kustoff's (TN-08) legislation to name the courthouse in Jackson, Tennessee after Judge James D. Todd passed the House of Representatives. This legislation will designate the United States Courthouse located at 111 South Highland Avenue in Jackson, Tennessee as the "James D. Todd United States Courthouse".
