U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV), Chairman of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources (ENR) Committee, sent a letter to U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen calling on Secretary Yellen to release guidance that ensures Section 45W Qualified Commercial Clean Vehicle Credits (45W) -- included in the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) -- are intended only for commercial use.
