Brown Announces More Than $165,000 for STEM Research at Ohio University

WASHINGTON, Dec. 13 -- Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) announced that the National Science Foundation (NSF) has awarded a grant totaling $168,890 to Ohio University to catalogue and digitize a collection of over 25,000 fossils from the southern hemisphere. This will help preserve the fossils and make them accessible to future researchers.
