LANSING, Michigan, Dec. 10 -- Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel issued the following news release on Dec. 9, 2022:
Today the Michigan Supreme Court entered an order denying the Plaintiff's application for leave in the case of William Bailey v Antrim County, which challenged the 2020 presidential elections results.
The Court denied the Plaintiff's application for leave because it was not convinced that the questions presented should be reviewed by the body. . . .
