Elva LeBlanc Confirmed As TCC Chancellor

FORT WORTH, Texas, Dec. 10 (TNSper) -- Tarrant County College issued the following news release on Dec. 8, 2022:

Elva LeBlanc, Ph.D. has been named Chancellor of Tarrant County College today following a vote by the Board of Trustees to offer the position to LeBlanc. Dr. LeBlanc becomes the sixth chancellor of the Tarrant County College District.
