WASHINGTON, Dec. 10 -- Sen. Jon Ossoff, D-Georgia, issued the following news release on Dec. 8, 2022:

U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff's bipartisan bill to help Georgia's veterans access their service benefits today passed the U.S. House of Representatives.

Sen. Ossoff's bipartisan bill will help clear the backlog of veterans' records requests necessary to access the service benefits they earned.
