WASHINGTON, Dec. 10 -- Sen. Tim Scott, R-South Carolina, issued the following news release on Dec. 9, 2022:
This week, a resolution introduced by U.S. Senators Tim Scott (R- S.C.) and Cory Booker (D-N.J.) designating September as Sickle Cell Disease Awareness Month unanimously passed the U.S. Senate.
