WASHINGTON, Dec. 9 -- Rep. Suzan DelBene, D-Washington, issued the following news release on Dec. 7, 2022:

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released a proposed rule Tuesday evening that brings Congresswoman Suzan DelBene (WA-01) and Senator Roger Marshall, M.D.'s (KS) legislation to improve care for seniors, the Improving Seniors' Timely Access to Care Act (H.R. 3173), one step closer to becoming law.
