Congresswoman Lisa Blunt Rochester (D-Del.) issued the following statement after voting on legislation to end a potential rail shutdown while giving workers a 24% pay increase and 7 days of paid sick leave.
"Today, Congress took decisive action to avoid a potentially catastrophic shutdown of our nation's rail system," said Blunt Rochester.
