WASHINGTON, Dec. 2 (TNSjou) -- The Center for Biological Diversity issued the following news release on Dec. 1, 2022:

The Center for Biological Diversity filed a formal notice of intent today to sue the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for failing to protect the alligator snapping turtle, Pearl River map turtle and bracted twistflower under the Endangered Species Act.
