WASHINGTON, Dec. 2 -- Rep. Sharice Davids, D-Kansas, issued the following news release on Dec. 1, 2022:
Representative Sharice Davids announced the National Science Foundation (NSF) awarded Kansas City Kansas Community College (KCKCC) a grant of $745,635 to support the retention and graduation of high-achieving, low-income STEM students. Over the next five years, the award will fund scholarships for 30 full-time students who are pursuing a degree with a biology emphasis.
