WASHINGTON, Dec. 2 -- Sen. John Barrasso, R-Wyoming, issued the following news release and letter on Dec. 1, 2022:
U.S. Senator John Barrasso (R-Wyo.) and U.S. Senator Ben Ray Lujan (D-N.M.) led their Senate colleagues in a bipartisan letter to the Secretaries of the U.S. Departments of Interior, Agriculture, and Commerce about the need to expand high-speed internet access in rural communities.
Internet providers are required to obtain permits from the federal governmen . . .
