SALISBURY, Maryland, Dec. 1 -- Salisbury University issued the following news release:
When Jahnaiya Sutherland was trying to decide where to go to college, Salisbury University was an easy choice.
In fact, the only challenging part was that other schools were offering full-tuition scholarships when SU was not -- at least not in the same way.
