WASHINGTON, Nov. 30 -- Rep. Alex Mooney, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
Congressman Alex X. Mooney announced a $1,863,000 grant for the Adrian Public Service District in Upshur County. The funding is distributed by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
This USDA Water and Waste Disposal Loans and Grant will be used to provide 10 waterline extensions. These extensions will reach 166 potential new customers located in currently unserved . . .
