WASHINGTON, Nov. 30 -- Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tennessee, issued the following news release and letter:

U.S. Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) highlighted the importance of enforcing her bipartisan legislation which has been signed into law, the Better Online Ticket Sales (BOTS) Act. The law makes it illegal for ticket scalpers to use software to purchase high volumes of tickets. The federal government needs to get serious about implementing the law to hold scammers accountable.
