WASHINGTON, Nov. 30 -- Sen. Cynthia M. Lummis, R-Wyoming, issued the following news release:
In the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, Senator Cynthia Lummis (R-WY) voted against the nomination of Joe Goffman to head up the Office of Air and Radiation at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
"Joe Goffman was integral to the Obama Administration's implementation of the Clean Air Act, when EPA overstepped the authority given to it by Congress . . .
