WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 -- Sen. Richard J. Durbin, D-Illinois, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, issued the following news release on Nov. 17, 2022:

The Senate Judiciary Committee today advanced the nominations of Peter D. Leary, to be United States Attorney for the Middle District of Georgia; McLain J. Schneider, to be United States Attorney for the District of North Dakota; and Leigha Simonton, to be United States Attorney for the Northern District of Texas, by voice vote.
