LANSING, Michigan, Nov. 17 -- Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel issued the following news release on Nov. 16, 2022:
A Kalamazoo County man pled guilty to multiple counts of financial elder abuse, Attorney General Dana Nessel announced today.
Craig Macauley, 39, of Kalamazoo, pled guilty to three counts of Embezzlement from a Vulnerable Adult, $1,000 to $20,000, pursuant to MCL 750.174a(4)(a). Per the plea agreement, Macauley agreed to waive all rights to the follow . . .
