WASHINGTON, Nov. 16 -- Sen. James Lankford, R-Oklahoma, issued the following news release on Nov. 15, 2022:
Senator James Lankford's (R-OK) Guidance Clarity Act, which clarifies that federal agency guidance documents are not legally binding, passed the House of Representatives today. This legislation unanimously passed the Senate and now heads to the White House for the president's signature.
